Global Learning Experience Facilitator

The Proctor Program plays a pivotal role in elevating the learning experience of new hires. We seek an individual with proficiency in personal computers, strong non-verbal and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with trainers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Management: Assist trainers through classroom management by monitoring the classroom, checking on agents' behavior, and providing technical support to new hires as needed.
  • Trainer Support: Ensure all new hire classes remain on track during facilitation and activities, minimizing interruptions and fostering a productive learning environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist in completing DEJ forms throughout the day and perform other administrative duties assigned by trainers.
Additional Duties:
  • Address IT issues and troubleshooting by assisting with system loading problems, lockouts, ResultsCX or client access issues, and submitting IT tickets as necessary.
  • Promote Engagement by encouraging participation, acknowledging correct and incorrect responses, and providing feedback to trainers on class engagement and group dynamics.
  • Off-Class Assignments: Proctors not in class will take phone calls until assigned to a class and may attend Leadership Development trainings when not in class.

  • Proficiency in using personal computers
  • Excellent non-verbal and verbal communication skills – both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with trainers
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Flexible to work varied shifts (with potential for 45-50 hours per week)
