Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team at All Visual and Lights System. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for maintaining, preparing, and monitoring project plans, schedules, man-hours, budgets, and expenditures.

You will attend and participate in project meetings, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from these meetings. Your administrative support will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

In this role, you will undertake project tasks as required, oversee project procurement management, and monitor project progress. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all projects adhere to process flow and documentation is maintained appropriately.

You will also facilitate meetings where necessary and distribute minutes to all project team members. Your ability to use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures will be essential in maintaining accurate records.

Additionally, you will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports, and legal documents. If you have experience using documentation programs or tools such as Aconex and Scenario, we would love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will be a college graduate of engineering or any business course, with at least one year of work experience as a Document Controller and/or Project Admin. They will be familiar with project documentation such as Gantt Charts, As-builts, Inspection Reports, and T&C Reports, O&M.
