Data Analyst and Modeling Expert

Neksjob Corporation is seeking a skilled Sales Analytics Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and ongoing measurement of sales performance, leveraging standard tools where available. You must be able to summarize key strengths/weaknesses and identify outliers in results.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

2. Conduct fact-based analysis to drive business insights
   
3. Develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear and concise manner
   
4. May direct the work of downstream resources to answer business questions and support Sales Excellence initiatives
   
5. Aggregate data from Sales, Finance, and other functions to create management and operational views needed for fact-based analysis and decision support
   
6. Create analytical models and scorecards to help leadership better understand the underlying trends and key drivers of our business and support Sales Excellence initiatives
   

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience modeling in tool sets including Excel, Access, SQL Server, PowerPivot, and SQL Design. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in MS Excel and at least 1 year of Analytics experience in Sales, Pricing, Finance, or a related field. Experience in MMS, MMB is a plus.
