This role involves providing system support to business users on ERP application systems, maintaining and ensuring all various application systems are operating stably and reliably and meeting user's operation needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and supervision to other EPR System Analysts
  • Performing quality assurance of all functional implementations and upgrades in ERP or other related IT systems
  • Providing training, retraining and support of end users to ensure the system is used effectively and efficiently
  • Preparing and reviewing scope/functional requirements, user acceptance test (UAT) specification and documentation

Responsibilities include managing ERP system-related projects, including milestones, activities, dependencies, resources, and suppliers to achieve successful completion of related projects within agreed budget and time frame.
