">We are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to lead the development of our Inventory Accounting module. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development process, collaborating with internal teams and customers to gather business requirements, designing functional solutions, and overseeing product development.

- Manage the development of the Inventory Accounting module, ensuring it meets customer requirements and is delivered on time.">
- Document business needs, create use cases, mockups, data flow diagrams, and technical designs.">
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work with other Product Managers to ensure seamless integration with other modules.">
- Training & Documentation: Create and maintain training materials and documentation. Provide training during onboarding and feature rollouts.">
- Commercialization: Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure the success of new products and features.">
- Product Quality & Support: Own product quality, mitigate risks, resolve customer support issues, and ensure timely resolution per SLA.">

Requirements

- Proven expertise in Inventory Accounting with a focus on Product Management.">
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management.">
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading large teams and launching successful products.">
- Client-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.">
- Experience working with the Inventory Accounting/Supply Chain Management module.">
- Experience working with ERP systems on Inventory Accounting and Supply Chain Management.">
- Knowledge of Perpetual Inventory Accounting systems and various costing methods like FIFO, LIFO, Average, Actual Cost, and Lot Cost.">
- Familiarity with Inventory Adjustments, Cost Adjustments, Inventory Count, and month-end processing.">
- Strong understanding of Logistics, Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.">
- SQL Server knowledge is a plus.">
- Experience in software companies and implementation practices is preferred.">
