">Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in Workday Payroll (including Absence or Time Tracking) product suite.
  • Lead teams or coach others to gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer.
  • Work with confidential data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model and coach on product knowledge.
  • Resolve complex tasks and requirements when needed.
  • Foster clients' adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and maintain referenceability.
  • Provide regular project status reports.
  • Innovate approaches and tools for deploying Workday efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation.
  • Demonstrate computational thinking and identify problem components.
Qualifications:
  • Implementing combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions for 2+ years.
  • Current active Workday Payroll Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications.
  • Project management experience.
  • Functional experience in Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage against timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly.
  • Deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously.
