Job Title:
Database Administrator (Microsoft SQL Server)

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases to ensure they meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database architectures to optimize performance and scalability
- Develop and maintain database systems to ensure data integrity and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a database administrator, with implementations, upgrades, migrations, conversions, and consolidation projects with Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server Database ranging from SQL 2005 to SQL 2022 on Windows platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and performance tuning skills
- Ability to follow direction and take ownership of any allocated projects/changes/incidents/problems
