Job Summary

The IT Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the organization's technology strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The IT Director also drives digital transformation initiatives, supporting the organization's technological growth and efficiency.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring IT teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, and IT governance.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or similar.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Certifications (preferred but not required): PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications.
