Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving issues before they impact our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule all elements of the quality assurance process.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to test all web pages, sites, and applications prior to launch.
  • Develop and design functional and performance test plans, and test automation for our corporate web presence.
  • Review specifications to ensure full understanding of deliverables.
  • Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plan.
  • Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
  • Monitor and test page/site performance to ensure that the site meets performance guidelines.
  • Audit/review standards to ensure meticulous maintenance based on global style guides.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Corporate and global experience is highly valued.
  • Experience in analyzing HTML5 and CSS3 code.
  • Ability to understand and interpret functional, technical, and design requirements and wireframes.
  • Familiarity with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari web browsers on desktop and mobile.
  • Experience with cross-browser testing and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM CQ6.x) or other Enterprise CMS is highly desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with responsive sites and employing a mobile-first approach.
  • Experience with site performance testing and monitoring, a plus.
  • Project management and documentation experience.
  • A keen eye for detail and attention to quality.
  • The ability to self-manage concurrent multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience working with Wordpress, Drupal or other CMS systems is a plus.
  • Experience working with global teams is highly valuable.
