We are seeking a highly skilled Psiyhometrician Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will contribute to the development of high-quality psychological testing materials, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide expert consultations.

• Assessment Expertise: Conduct thorough psychological assessments using standardized tests and tools, interpreting results to provide actionable insights.
• Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare detailed reports that synthesize assessment findings, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with professionals to design and implement intervention plans, ensuring seamless integration of psychological support.

• A Registered Psychometrician with 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Proven expertise in administering and interpreting psychological tests, particularly in recruitment contexts
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for remote assessments
