Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in HR functions such as recruitment, on boarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
Skills:
- Strong reporting skills and proficiency in administrative writing.
- Solid research and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Capability to analyze information and contribute to HR decision-making.
