Job Summary

As an SAP MDG Consultant, you will be responsible for scoping and analyzing current business processes and requirements. You will execute system and integration testing, monitor/coordinate user acceptance testing, and formulate/write functional specifications for customized programs. Additionally, you will create test scripts, oversee pre-production and cutover activities, and create and monitor the movement of transport requests. You will also perform configuration requests raised by clients, analyze reported incidents, and complete service requests. Furthermore, you will perform unit, regression, and integration tests, and conduct risk and impact analysis of change requests raised by users.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in SAP MDG, with support and application maintenance activities.

Ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit a strong sense of urgency.

Strong focus on customer needs.

Analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolution skills.

Self-motivated, flexible, and open to learning.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Works well with others and is a team player.

Willingness to work onsite 2-3 days a week in McKinley, Taguig on a mid-shift schedule.
