Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand aesthetic.

Your primary focus will be on creating stunning e-commerce images, composites, and video edits that showcase our products in the best possible light. You will work closely with our co-owner, interior designer, and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional results.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong portfolio of Photoshop-based work, particularly in compositing and product image editing. Experience with AI image generation tools like Midjourney is also highly desirable.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with vendors and manage file assets effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. AI-Driven Lifestyle Imagery
    • Create architectural and interior background environments using AI tools like Midjourney
    • Seamlessly blend AI-generated elements with real in-studio photography using Photoshop
    • Maintain realism through lighting, shadows, and scale
  2. Graphic Design
    • Design web banners, social content, and occasional print and packaging collateral
    • Repurpose existing assets for new campaigns and seasonal launches
  3. Video Editing
    • Edit occasional video footage with light motion graphics when needed
  4. File & Asset Management
    • Manage, submit, name, and organize photos for background removal
    • Review, edit, and deliver isolated product images and final lifestyle composites
Requirements
  1. Creative eye and feel for current interior design, with a focus on U.S. market relevance
  2. Strong portfolio of Photoshop-based work, especially compositing and product image editing
  3. Demonstrated experience or comfort learning AI image generation tools like Midjourney
  4. Meticulous attention to file management, naming conventions, and delivery formatting
  5. Good written and verbal English communication skills
  6. Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage file assets effectively
