Job Title: Fire Alarm System Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Service Department efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming service calls with high-quality support.
  • Respond promptly to off-hours answering service inquiries, providing timely resolutions.
  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians as needed.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers via email and phone, addressing concerns and service needs effectively.
  • Provide regular updates and notifications to customers regarding their service requests.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of fire alarm system issues remotely, determining the best course of action.
  • Making informed decisions whether to dispatch a technician or offer guidance on troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with fire alarm systems is essential.
  • Strong technical knowledge for diagnosing fire alarm issues over the phone and recommending solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Proven organizational skills, including managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with technicians.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, particularly in decision-making for service requirements.
