Chief Software Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technical partnership, you will be responsible for developing new features and functionality across the Microsoft stack (C#, MVC, SQL, Azure), maintaining, debugging, and improving existing codebase with a strong eye toward stability and performance.
Responsibilities- Develop new features and functionality across the Microsoft stack (C#, MVC, SQL, Azure)
- Maintain, debug, and improve existing codebase with a strong eye toward stability and performance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and production bugs as needed
- Collaborate directly with the founder on product priorities and architecture
- Assist with occasional UI tasks using Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS environment
- Strong command of the Microsoft stack: C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Azure
- Comfortable with front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
- Able to independently investigate bugs across both application logic and database layers
- Strong communication and written English skills
- Comfortable working closely with a founder/CTO in a startup-style environment
- Experience working with small teams or startups
- Previous exposure to support ticket systems or L2/L3 troubleshooting
