Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Branch Operations Head. As a pivotal member of our Retail Banking Business Segment, you will oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure seamless alignment with our bank's policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Branch Manager and be accountable for the operational efficiency of the Accounting Section and Loans Section.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective management of day-to-day branch operations.
  • Maintain operational efficiency in the Accounting Section and Loans Section.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any business field; CPA preferred for accounting graduates.
  • Proven experience in branch banking operations with a strong knowledge base.
  • At least three years of experience as a Branch Officer.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
  • Willingness to work onsite.
