Job Description:

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Safety and Product Compliance Officer to join our team at SFI Fresh Bakers Corporation Valenzuela. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, food safety, and product compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to food safety standards
  • Verify the implementation of quality control and food safety programs throughout the manufacturing process
  • Investigate and resolve any issues related to product quality and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Food Science, or Microbiology
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of product specification conformance and investigation, food product safety, physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and more

Compensation Package:
