IT Administrator

Ayuda Business Management Solution Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our team. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Windows desktop and server operating systems. Your expertise in 0365, Active Directory, and Exchange will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will be required to have strong customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills. Familiarity with hospitality platforms such as Property Management Systems (PMS); Point of Sale (POS); Revenue Management; key card systems, Building Management, HotSOS, Saflok, InnComm, etc. is a plus. **Job Requirements:**
