**Job Summary**

The HR Coordinator role at WSP Manila, Inc. involves providing administrative support for specific HR operations, monitoring and auditing daily HR HUB transactions, and ensuring work product and databases are accurate and compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, audit, and/or process HR-related information, following prescribed internal process and program requirements.
  • Organize and scan HR files to an online database.
  • Maintain and update various spreadsheets, files, audits, and databases.
  • Process various invoices in a timely manner while working closely with partner groups.
  • Complete Unemployment claims received for various states.
  • Process tuition reimbursement and referral bonus requests.
  • Action Verification of Employment requests – both written and verbal.
  • Audit and perform daily quality check on assigned work buckets prior to their disposition, submission, and/or data entry.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field in lieu of experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in clerical and administrative support, with a strong preference for experience in HR operations support.
  • Knowledge of HR concepts and practices a plus.
  • Understands the value of providing outstanding internal customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with handling documentation, internal processes, and effectively maintaining electronic records and databases.
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships between HR team members and managers.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook.
