Job Description

We are seeking a senior full stack engineering leader to lead and implement technical decisions for our software engineering team. As a senior software engineer, you will oversee high-quality software product development, requiring strong leadership, technical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

This is a coding/technical role with management ownership mindset. You will lead a team of software engineers, foster a creative and cohesive unit, and deliver complex software projects.

  • Leading and managing software engineers to deliver complex software projects.
  • Coordinating with project managers and other engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based and desktop applications.
  • Providing technical leadership in software development processes.
  • Overseeing new software system design and implementation, ensuring quality standards.
  • Continually updating technical knowledge and sharing it with the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive experience in various programming languages, including Java, C++, C#, Python, JavaScript.
  • Object Oriented Design, functional programming, and scripting skills.
  • Full stack development experience, working proficiently at backend and frontend levels.
  • Good User Experience (UX) practices and trends awareness.
  • Modern software architectures and deployment methodologies understanding.
  • Unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience.
  • Agile/Scrum experience and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
