Software Engineer Role Description

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our development team and contribute to the creation and maintenance of various software products.

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Write efficient and scalable code for server-side logic applications.
    • Develop back-end components to enhance application responsiveness and overall performance.
    • Integrate user-facing elements into applications.
    • Test and debug programs to ensure high-quality results.
    • Improve existing system functionality and implement security measures.
    • Assess and prioritize feature requests from stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in front-end and back-end development using Python.
  • Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid).
  • Good knowledge of SQL (including MySQL) and basic database management skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs (REST or SOAP based) and object-relational mapping (ORM).
  • General understanding of contact center business operations, process, and information flow is beneficial.
  • Teamwork and good problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
