Business Development Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and building our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social platforms to identify potential clients and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing their interest and readiness to purchase our products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and prospects in the CRM system to track progress and optimize future outreach efforts.
  • Research target markets and identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and strong work ethic to meet performance targets.
  • Basic understanding of the sales funnel and B2B sales process to deliver high-quality results.
