Creative Content Specialist

As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for creating high-performing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversion.

  • Partner with internal design teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage user-generated content (UGC) creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across various platforms
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly

This role requires 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing, proven experience producing UGC-led video ads, strong understanding of paid platforms, and data-driven skills.
