Project Scheduler Lead

RVC GLOBAL BUSINESS INC is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler Lead to join our team. This role involves developing detailed project schedules, working with project managers and stakeholders, and communicating schedule information.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate project timelines, allocating resources, and providing training to project team members. To excel in this position, you will need strong computer skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and a practical knowledge of critical path methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules that include tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Work with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate representation of project activities.
- Continuously monitor project progress and update schedules as needed.
- Communicate schedule information to the project manager, including clients and other stakeholders.
- Identify potential schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Work with resource managers to allocate personnel, equipment, and materials according to project needs.
- Provide training and support to project team members on schedule-related processes and tools.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have years of experience in project scheduling and the utility construction industry, as well as experience in project planning/scheduling within the construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database applications is also required.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, a comprehensive health insurance package, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
