This role involves working on various aspects of soil and rock investigation work, including preparation of scope and requirements, to interpretation of data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You may have a master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering with relevant experience for 10 to 15 years.
  2. Proven experience in field works, such as assessment of borehole drilling works and other sampling methods, review of site investigation reports, and evaluation of on-site geotechnical problems.
  3. Capability of providing engineering design, such as analysis for shallow and deep foundations, slope stability assessment and mitigation, evaluation of geohazard susceptibility (liquefaction, soft soil, etc.), and ground improvement technique recommendations.
  4. Hands-on experience in the use of software, such as PLAXIS, SLOPE/W, Slide, Settle 3D, etc.

A sound understanding of relevant local and international standards would be advantageous.
