Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain the design standards of our malls, ensuring consistency and coherence across all our properties.

  1. Responsibilities:
  2. Establish project requirements, scope of work, project budget, and schedule
  3. Propose design concepts that will characterize the aesthetic intent of the project; review with the Client and secure approval
  4. Develop approved design concept and prepare drawings, list of materials, and specifications; prepare documents for construction
  5. Ensure regulatory compliance of design
  6. Identify and invite qualified contractors to bid; conduct pre-procurement and pre-bid meetings and receive bids and recommend award of contract
  7. Coordinate and inspect contractors' work to ensure that the project is being built according to design
  8. Provide in-field changes to the plan to address unforeseen conditions
  9. Prepare a punch list of pending construction deficiencies
  10. Guarantee quality of Contractors' work and certify project completion
