Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at 1and5tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, emails, and mail, as well as maintaining accurate records and databases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling mail and packages
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Assist with special projects and events as needed
• Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
