Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Content Creator and Social Media Growth Strategist. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating engaging content, growing social media channels, and driving brand growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing content calendars across multiple platforms, researching trending topics, writing hooks and scripts, producing content using available assets or working with existing footage, and utilizing AI tools to streamline production.

They will also create and repurpose content across formats, ensure consistency in tone and messaging, analyze performance, and iterate content for growth and optimization.

In addition, they will collaborate on campaign ideas, assist in tailoring content for different stages of the funnel, schedule and publish posts, engage with followers, and help evolve and improve existing workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive self-starter who thrives on creativity, execution, and performance. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience managing social content for a brand, creator, or agency, demonstrated ability to grow followers, views, or engagement across social platforms, and strong written communication and copywriting skills.

They should be familiar with SEO, hashtags, social algorithms, and best practices for each platform, as well as comfortable using AI tools to script, edit, generate, and scale content.
