You'll be crucial in supporting and implementing our CI/CD platform as a DevOps Engineer.

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate on specifications for pipeline development.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting development and engineering teams for DevOps issues, covering areas like CICD pipelines, automation scripts, AWS infrastructure, and IaC for CloudFormation or Terraform.
  • Managing a support channel and work intake for the DevOps teams, and support other areas of Cloud Engineering as required.
  • Troubleshooting CICD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps to build and deploy.
  • Operating across various development environments while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Exploring ways to continually enrich our knowledge base with the latest troubleshooting insights and solutions.
  • Completing bug fixes and resolve technical and operational issues.
