We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our influencer marketing efforts and develop strategic partnerships with top-tier influencers, talent agencies, and media partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager and take on a leadership role in shaping our influencer marketing strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage affiliates & influencers to grow brand partnerships
  • Lead the execution of influencer campaigns and develop clear, actionable campaign briefs for the team and influencers
  • Identify influencers across TikTok Shop, Live, and Instagram YouTube
  • Monitor performance, compliance, and campaign results
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and create insightful reports for the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or e-commerce
  • Must have affiliate marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
