Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is required.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a significant portion in a managerial role.
  • In-depth understanding of financial management, bank relations, and fund management.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Estimated Salary: ₱2,500,000 - ₱3,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
