In this role, you will create and maintain accurate legal records on Apttus, generate monthly KPIs for SLAs, proactively manage the IT Contracts Pipeline, and troubleshoot issues during the contract process. Responsibilities:

* Provide end-to-end contract lifecycle support, including initiation, execution, and post-contract maintenance.

* Ensure data integrity and respond within specified SLAs.

* Proactively manage the IT Contracts Pipeline using SmartSheet.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.

* Proven experience in contract operations, management, or a similar role.

* Strong client-service orientation, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and excellent organizational skills.

* Proficiency in Apttus or similar contract management systems, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Coupa, and SmartSheet.
