About the Job

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control measures, monitoring compliance, and developing corrective action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement quality control plans in accordance with company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential quality issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address non-compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with external experts to verify and validate inspection and test programs.
  • Create method statements for activities, including risk assessments and job safety analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Sanitary Engineering, or related field.
  • Board exam passer with valid PCR license.
  • At least three years of experience as a QA/QC supervisor in a property developer, real estate, contractor, or consulting firm.
  • Certification in QA/QC is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and diplomatic skills, with ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business organizations.
