Job Description:
  • Develop and execute company-wide food safety and sanitation programs.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety protocols and government regulations.
  • Create and deliver training programs for staff on proper food handling, hygiene, cleaning procedures, and cross-contamination prevention.
  • Work closely with operations, commissary, and store teams to implement food safety SOPs across all locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a food safety, quality assurance, or sanitation leadership role within the restaurant, foodservice, or institutional industry.
  • ServSafe Certified (or equivalent food safety certification).
  • Proven experience conducting food safety trainings and audits.
  • Strong knowledge of local food safety regulations and international standards.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills; able to train frontliners and leadership alike.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
