Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled architectural drafter with expertise in preparing detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.

This role involves working collaboratively with architects and engineers to ensure design concepts are accurately translated into technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detailed Drawing Production: Create precise architectural drawings using Revit.
  • Construction Detailing: Prepare accurate construction detailing and spec sheets with high precision.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to guarantee the accuracy and feasibility of designs.
  • Design Revision: Update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
  • Compliance Check: Ensure all drawings meet project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and organize project documentation for efficient access and reference.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on all drafting work to ensure precision and compliance with design intent.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience using Revit for drafting and detailing.
  • Extensive experience in construction detailing and preparing spec sheets.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other drafting tools such as AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with project management software for tracking design progress.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
