Revit Expert

Aidea Integrated Technologies Inc. seeks a skilled Revit Expert to join our team in Clark, Pampanga. This role is ideal for those with experience in residential construction and interior design, as well as proficiency in Revit and other BIM technology.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering, preferably with 3-5 years of experience as a Revit Modeler/Drafter. They will be responsible for performing design and BIM works, participating in design charrettes, and ensuring quality checking of drawings produced. Additionally, they will need to perform due diligence on safety and building codes, generate solutions to conflicts in drawing details, and assist in the preparation of schedules and specifications.

Key responsibilities include:
• Modeling using Revit and other BIM technology
• Participating in design charrettes and collaboration meetings
• Quality checking of drawings produced

• Assisting in schedule and specification preparation

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge in building construction technology, be able to understand architectural and engineering drawings, and possess strong design and drafting skills. Salary: ₱120,000 - ₱180,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
