Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Export Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of export declarations and related documentation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Australian export shipments in accordance with client demands and business needs.
  • Enter and lodge Export Declaration Numbers (EDN) and Consolidation Reference Numbers (CRN) with the Australian Customs Authority.
  • Calculate values based on Incoterms and ensure accurate declarations to the Customs Authority.
  • Convert goods invoice amounts to FOB level and comply with Australian Customs requirements.
  • Monitor EDN status and resolve issues with the Integrated Cargo System (ICS).
  • Work closely with customs brokers for classification and HS code requirements.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
  • Intermediate MS Outlook skills and basic MS Excel knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented skills.
  • Leadership qualities, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
