The ideal candidate will have a background in instructional design, relevant experience, and proficiency in various design tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive learning strategies to address complex business challenges
  • Create interactive training modules, workshops, and presentations to engage learners
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify key learning objectives and outcomes
  • Design assessments and evaluations to measure learner engagement and understanding
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and input
Qualifications
  • BS, MA degree or certification in instructional design, educational technology, or similar education or experience
  • With 3-5 years of experience in instructional design with instructional technology
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills (English)
  • Thorough knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models across multiple modalities
  • Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
  • Ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously
  • Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule
  • Must be flexible in terms of work arrangements (On Site, Office, and Hybrid)
