About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Reference Data Services Analyst to join our Operations and Technology team in BGC Taguig, Philippines. As a key contributor to the MAC Documentation Operations Unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of customer accounts, security, and pricing data within multiple systems across multiple teams.

Your primary focus will be on data quality support of global contract negotiations and trades, involving document review, data entry, exception reporting, document scanning, and document warehousing for various legal documents. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2-3 years' experience in similar data management tasks in a large office setting. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage control practices will be essential.

You will work closely with Legal and Credit teams, utilizing Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Your ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.
