This Opportunity:

We're seeking a seasoned Fund Accounting Senior Analyst to join our Implementation team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading month-end financials preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyzing complex data for conversion funds and providing actionable insights.
  • Reviewing and finalizing reconciliations for conversion funds, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
  • Monitoring cash and capital activity within client accounts and addressing escalated issues as needed.
  • Recording and approving cash and capital activity, ensuring pending items are resolved within accounting software.
  • Overseeing period-end accruals calculation, recording, and setup, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintaining organized supporting schedules and documentation to meet audit and compliance standards.
  • Preparing investor-level fees allocation and calculation, ensuring precision and adherence to agreements.
  • Preparation and review of period-end financial packages, including investor statements where applicable.
  • Leading testing and providing feedback on new software functionality, identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
  • Collaborating with the fund's Account Manager to ensure consistent NAV timelines.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for audit-related questions, providing timely support.
  • Setting up internal systems for new funds being onboarded, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Mentoring Operations staff on funds transitioning to live status, fostering cross-functional knowledge sharing.
  • Implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
