We are seeking a skilled Subrogation Specialist to join our personal injury team at CoreBridge Solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in subrogation, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Subrogation Case Management
- Investigate, process, and resolve subrogation claims for personal injury cases.
- Identify and assert liens on recoveries in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Review medical bills, insurance claims, and other documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Negotiate lien reductions with medical providers, government agencies, and insurers.
- Advocate for favorable resolutions to maximize client settlements.
- Communicate effectively with third parties to ensure timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) guidelines and other applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of correspondence, settlements, and payments.
- Prepare detailed case reports for management and legal teams.
- Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to identify subrogation opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Subrogation Manager to address complex cases and escalate issues as needed.
- Support team goals by sharing insights and strategies for effective subrogation processes.
