We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at RCN PH - Neo Career Group. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing potential clients or projects and closing sales.

With a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and excellent communication skills, you will ensure harmonious business relationships with newly established and existing clients.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting product presentations, creating price quotations, proposals, and contracts, as well as preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.

As a Sales Engineer, you will also participate in all scheduled sales team meetings and sales training, as well as contribute to project listing and sales forecasting.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Planning Division to coordinate deliveries and availability of items. You will also collect account receivables promptly.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 2 years of working experience in the related field, and be knowledgeable in Basic Air-conditioning.

You should also be proficient in oral and written English communication, have selling and negotiation skills, technical capacity, client focus, communication proficiency, presentation skills, and financial management.
