Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborating on strategy, tactics, and operations to add value
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project resources, including project team members and external contractors
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare project progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage project risks and issues, including identifying and mitigating risks and resolving issues as they arise
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and are of high quality
  • Provide project management guidance and support to project team members
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and scope
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive and relevant program/employee management experience in the automotive industry, especially dealer management systems
  • Significant experience in software development projects and IT service delivery
  • Experience in managing federal agency software development/government contracts
  • Experience in managing technical staff, including project managers, developers, testers, business analysts, and software delivery teams
  • 5+ years of experience in managing ERP and CRM projects, specifically big contracts
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM is preferred
  • Experience in managing teams remotely across multiple countries
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong writing skills to develop project documents, project updates, and status reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, Prince 2, or PMP
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year college or university in the related field

Hybrid set-up (3 days onsite - 2 days WFH per week)
