We are seeking a Virtual Receptionist - Health Industry to provide top-notch support to our clients.


About the Role:



  • Handle phone calls, chats, and emails from patients, providers, and healthcare insurance companies.
  • Manage administrative tasks including data entry, record management, and time-keeping.
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Records Systems to obtain medical history.
  • Enter patient information into EHR systems.
  • Maintain accurate database records.
  • Process payments for cash pay/copay/deductibles.
  • Adhere to HIPAA policies.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferably medical).
  • Minimum 6 months consultancy contract.
  • 1 year BPO/Call Center experience or related experience (preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Prior authorization and medical virtual assistant experience (desired).
  • EMR/EHR experience and knowledge of medical insurance (desired).
  • Availability to work night shifts and flexible schedules.
  • Able to work from home with a reliable internet connection.
