We are seeking a Virtual Receptionist - Health Industry to provide top-notch support to our clients.
About the Role:
- Handle phone calls, chats, and emails from patients, providers, and healthcare insurance companies.
- Manage administrative tasks including data entry, record management, and time-keeping.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records Systems to obtain medical history.
- Enter patient information into EHR systems.
- Maintain accurate database records.
- Process payments for cash pay/copay/deductibles.
- Adhere to HIPAA policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferably medical).
- Minimum 6 months consultancy contract.
- 1 year BPO/Call Center experience or related experience (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
- Prior authorization and medical virtual assistant experience (desired).
- EMR/EHR experience and knowledge of medical insurance (desired).
- Availability to work night shifts and flexible schedules.
- Able to work from home with a reliable internet connection.
