- Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates and enhance the value of our properties.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of associates to achieve outstanding results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Communications, Marketing, Business, or equivalent).
- At least 5 years of experience in property management, executive assistant, or a related profession.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, with a track record of success.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on innovation and strategic thinking.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
