Financial Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive strategic financial decisions, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Evaluate business operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive operational excellence.
  • Assess the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform complex financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes with a strong understanding of operational efficiency.

This is a remote, full-time position available during standard US business hours. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with strong analytical skills.
