Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead our team in providing technical expertise and guidance on various construction projects.

The Role

This position involves utilizing strong communication, problem-solving, design, and management skills to deliver high-quality construction documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate with clients, staff architects, and consultants to identify emerging markets, understand client needs, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in defining tasks, timelines, fees, and preparing project proposals to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Design and Documentation: Develop space needs, conduct zoning and code reviews, review existing drawings, and produce Revit drawings to meet project requirements.
  • Leadership: Establish design concepts, create 3D models, plan spaces, and coordinate with consultants to deliver high-quality results.
  • Quality Control: Prepare contract documents, lead quality control, and supervise technical details to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Bidding and Administration: Assist in preparing bid packages, respond to contractor RFIs, communicate contract requirements, review submittals, and coordinate change orders.
Requirements
  • Education: Professional degree in Architecture
  • Licensure: Architectural Licensure (U.S. preferred; international considered with strong experience)
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant architectural experience
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership in technical design and documentation
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit; additional skills in SketchUp, Photoshop, and related software a plus
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
