Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for facilitating risk assessment tool set documents for all high-impact processes and ensuring they are reviewed every 6 months. They will also establish and execute control testing protocols to ensure relevant controls work as defined, highlighting deficiencies in controls to stakeholders along with mitigation plans.

This role requires strong collaboration across teams to establish controls mitigating deficiencies highlighted through internal audits and testing packs. The successful candidate will facilitate control design effectiveness and operational efficiency improvements through root cause analyses. They will maintain a robust risk document for operations across sites and provide consistent, clear, and accurate risk reporting.

The Compliance Officer will engage in the change management process to highlight risks through impact assessments on Change Requests. They will help teams adhere to KCO requirements through regular checks, flag anomalies to management, and ensure full understanding of 'whistle-blowing' responsibilities.
