Job Summary

The Bank of Commerce (Philippines) is seeking an experienced Asset Recovery Expert to join our collections team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various collection activities to minimize bad debt losses and maintain customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will work closely with your Team Leader/Collection Supervisor to develop and implement effective collection strategies, ensuring that all collection activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing collection efforts through call outs, collection letters, emails, and SMS.
  • Recording collection efforts made for each account and reconciling accounts as necessary.
  • Preparing account endorsements for skip tracing and collection follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A diploma or equivalent education and 1-3 years of experience in collections or a related field are required for this role.
