Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our Business Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end product costing and pricing activities, driving continuous process improvements and leveraging technology and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement global processes for FP&A and costing functions.
  • Organize and deliver financial training in systems, tools, and processes.
  • Monitor closely the purchasing price variance of materials, BOM, and routine with the plant operation team.
  • Maintain product costs, including daily product cost maintenance and annual standard cost build-up.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably 5-10 years specializing in finance-general/cost accounting or equivalent.
  • Background in product costing analysis and financial accounting from a manufacturing industry is required.
  • Detail-oriented, transformational mindset, and high level of integrity and work values.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
